Providing training and insight into the Agency, the summer scholarship will run for 6 weeks beginning 30th June.

The scholarship offers candidates an exciting and challenging introduction to the world’s leading ideas company.

There are ten places available. Each successful candidate will be attached to an Account Team and allocated an Account Manager as their mentor. During the 6 weeks, candidates will not only experience life within Saatchi & Saatchi, they’ll attend presentations, experience the creative process and be given weekly feedback on their performance.

At the end of the six weeks, candidates will give a presentation to selected Account Directors and Agency heads.

For the right candidate, the programme may lead to an offer of full time employment.


The Scholarship programme will be run at the London office of Saatchi & Saatchi where each candidate:

• will be assigned to an account team and mentored by an account manager.
• will receive regular assessments and encouragement from the senior member of the account team.
• will receive an induction into each department by the people who know how the place really ticks.
• will have the opportunity to meet senior management for Q & A sessions.
• will be set regular challenges to complete during the six week programme.
• become involved at all levels of account management, from making tea to briefing creative teams.
• will be paid a nominal salary.

Each candidate will be responsible for their own living and travel arrangements for the duration of the Scholarship programme.

Application Process

Only the ten best entries we receive will be awarded a place on our summer scholarship programme.

• The application process comprises of an initial online application, followed by telephone interviews. Successful candidates will then be invited to attend face to face interviews at our London office at the beginning of June.
• The ten successful candidates will be notified by post.
